Catalan Basketball Federation is a private, non-profit organisation, of public utility and civic and social interest, which forms part of the Spanish Basketball Federation, and is made up of more than 400 entities dedicated to the practice of basketball in Catalonia. Its responsibility is to promote, direct and regulate, in coordination with the General Secretariat of Sport of the Generalitat de Catalunya, all basketball activity in Catalonia. The FCBQ has a special interest in women's sport in general, and obviously in basketball and the role of women in it. For many years, Catalan Basketball has proposed various initiatives, programmes and has created projects aimed at the promotion and development of women's basketball at different levels, such as the creation of the High Performance Centre for Women's Basketball in Catalonia, in collaboration with national institutions; the Capital of Women's Basketball or the explicit creation of the recently created Women's Basketball Commission, which aims to give a strong impetus to all these programmes and initiatives. 

Kosovo Basketball Federation, part of FIBA, is the highest basketball institution in Kosovo, which has as its basic activity the organisation of all competitions in all categories and disciplines of basketball. "Women in basketball" is one of the objectives of the Federation in the Strategic Plan 2021-2025. The Federation is constantly working to achieve this objective through its different projects, some of which are also carried out in collaboration with FIBA. The aim of the Federation is to increase the number of girls and women who play basketball, but also those who will become coaches, referees, commissioners, managers and administrators in the future. The Kosovo Basketball Federation is part of the FIBA programmes, the funds of which are provided by the EU (FIBA Europe Girls Programme, FIBA Time Out Programme, FIBA Youth Development Fund).

The French National Federation has 3,883 clubs, divided into Regional Leagues and Departmental Committees. The Nouvelle-Aquitaine Basketball League, one of its largest regional federations with 72,000 members and 402 clubs, is the partner and participant in this project.

From the 2021-2022 season, the Regional Officials Commission and the Women's Commission are working together to organise thematic courses around women's refereeing.

Part of FIBA, the world governing body, it is responsible for the promotion and administration of basketball throughout Ireland and Irish international participation. It positions itself as a service centre for all levels of the game, facilitating all aspects of the promotion and operation of the sport. It has been a leader in the promotion of Women in Basketball in many ongoing programmes to promote gender equality in our sport, with a Women in Sport action plan in force between 2020 and 2023. The four strategic pillars on which they are working are: 1) Active Participation; 2) Visibility; 3) Leadership and Governance; 4) Coaching and Crafts. The IRI BF also works with FIBA in relation to its strategic objectives for Women in Basketball. In addition, they have a 50/50 gender split in terms of player and player relevance.

The Bulgarian Basketball Federation is an independent voluntary association of 110 basketball clubs, which carry out activities for the development of basketball in Bulgaria in the disciplines officially recognised by FIBA: basketball, 3x3, roller-court basketball and basketball for veterans. One of its main missions is to make basketball a sport that helps the education, social contacts, the formation of the culture of behaviour and the value system of young people. BUL BF represents Bulgarian basketball in international and national sports organisations and is a member of the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) and the Bulgarian Olympic Committee (BOC). In addition, the Federation has been part of several past projects supported by Erasmus +, such as: Time Out, Fans against Violence and Basketball for Life Skills.

The Federation, part of FIBA, is responsible for the promotion and regulation of basketball throughout Portugal. Since 2014 the federation has increased awareness of women's basketball, and has launched "Impulso Feminino" which is a project that aims to take advantage of the good sporting results and relevant personalities associated with basketball to expand women's basketball, enhance the practice of sport. It also aims to reduce the differences in the number of athletes of both genders, creating actions and promoting basketball as an inclusive and educational activity.

The Universitat Ramon Llull is made up of 9 higher education institutions and 1 affiliated centre. The URL is one of the most innovative universities in Catalonia and Spain, promoting academic and research training of excellence. URL has a tradition of supporting research, knowledge transfer and innovation programmes. Thanks to their experience, they are in charge of carrying out needs assessment and desk research, assisting in the design of the PROMISE programme and the M&E strategy.
